The Customer agrees to the processing by our side of personal data provided in the process of registering an account in the Store and in the process of using the Store, including making purchases. Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary, however, the lack of consent to the processing of personal data by the Store may prevent the Store from providing services electronically and making purchases by the Customer in the Store.
Each Customer of the Store has the ability to view and update data about his person. The customer also has the right to refuse to process his personal data at any time, which must be reported in writing to the Data Administrator.
Personal data is processed by the Store, ie Impex MBS Sp. z o. o with headquarters in Warsaw, ul. Zurawia 45, a limited liability company with REGON number 382781688, being a VAT payer with NIP number 7010911379.
The Data Administrator is Dmytro Bolshakov.
Upon placing the order, the Customer agrees to the processing of his personal data necessary for the implementation of electronic payments related to the order via the DotPay platform based on the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101 item 926, as amended). Compliant with the above. Act, the customer has the right to inspect their data, to correct them and to demand that their use be discontinued or removed from the database, which should be reported in writing to the personal data administrator.
If you choose the delivery method using the “DPD” delivery service, the personal data of customers will also be processed by DPD Polska Sp. z o.o with headquarters in Warsaw, Mineralna 15 (02-274), in order to provide services by DPD Polska Sp. z o.o
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- due to the necessity to perform a sales contract based on an order placed in the Store by the Customer;
- in connection with the registration of the Customer’s account in the Store;
- in connection with handling complaints and returns resulting from the concluded sales contract;
- for technical and statistical purposes of the Store;
- for marketing purposes (including newsletter);
- in order to send the newsletter, including commercial information, after the prior consent of the client.
The Store Owner is entitled to disclose personal data administered by him only to entities authorized under applicable law.
The information contained in the access logs may contain various data, e.g. IP address. The store uses them only for technical purposes. The store reserves the right to share the data referred to here with entities authorized under specific provisions (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
The Store uses cookies, i.e. small text files sent to the Customer’s computer, which contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the Store, in particular the authorization process.
